Jaileen brings extensive experience in early childhood education and a strong passion for child-centered care, relationship-building, and creating supportive learning environments. She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Urban Education and Leadership, and has worked in teaching, special education, leadership, and curriculum development. As a parent of a young child, Jaileen also brings a meaningful personal perspective that deepens her connection to and understanding of the work we do every day.

5+ Years in Early Education

Gabby joined Heartworks in 2022 and has grown from Infant Teacher to Assistant Director, working across toddler and preschool classrooms along the way. She is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education and brings nearly a decade of experience with children from infancy through fifth grade. Gabby is dedicated to creating nurturing, engaging, and developmentally rich environments and supporting families with high-quality care. Outside of work, she enjoys time at the beach, being with her dog Riley, and connecting with friends and family.
