Mei Endo

Creative Early Education Enthusiast

Mei holds a B.S. in Music Education from the University of Vermont and brings a creative perspective to her role on the leadership team. She stepped into the H.S.S.C. position last year, drawing on experience from previous leadership roles in other settings. Mei has long enjoyed working with children of all ages and continues to teach low‑brass lessons to students in the Stowe School District. Her background in education and leadership supports a well‑rounded approach to her work.

12+ Years in Early Education

Anna joined Heartworks in June 2024 as a Pre‑K Teacher and was promoted to Assistant Director in January 2025. She brings over a decade of experience in early childhood education, previously working at a preschool program in Burlington. Anna holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Vermont and is licensed to teach Birth through Third Grade. She is committed to creating child‑led learning environments that reflect the community and support meaningful, engaging experiences for children and educators alike.
