The Infant Classroom
Babies in our schools begin their journey with a nurturing foundation. Each day in our infant classroom is filled with warm snuggles, happy smiles, and plenty of discovery.
6 weeks to 15 months
Providing a safe, caring, and engaging environment is essential during a baby’s first year—a period when the groundwork for lifelong learning and behavior is being formed. Our infant classrooms offer cozy, secure spaces filled with age-appropriate materials that little ones can explore freely, encouraging healthy development and inspiring growth. In partnership with families, we create a daily routine—aligned closely with your home schedule—to promote comfort, consistency, and a strong sense of security.
Thriving minds & active bodies
In our infant spaces, development unfolds through warm relationships, active movement, and purposeful play. We design nurturing environments that ignite curiosity and support your baby’s natural progression. Through discovery and interactive experiences, infants begin building foundational cognitive skills such as memory, recognition, early problem-solving, and understanding cause and effect.
We also place a strong emphasis on physical development, supporting both fine and gross motor skills. With open, uncluttered areas and no restrictive equipment, your child has the freedom to roll, crawl, stretch, grasp, and sit—strengthening the coordination, confidence, and muscle development they need to explore their world. Every routine, material, and interaction is intentionally selected to foster whole-child growth from the very start.
Connecting, communicating & exploring
Babies flourish when they experience secure relationships, meaningful interactions, and rich sensory play. Our approach centers on building strong emotional bonds—offering the warmth, stability, and affection your child needs to feel safe, valued, and ready to learn. These trusting connections form the cornerstone of healthy emotional development.
Long before spoken words emerge, infants are active communicators. In our language-rich classrooms, we support early expression through gestures, vocalizations, facial cues, and baby sign language. With daily songs, stories, and responsive conversation, we help your child develop the foundations of understanding and communication.
We further nurture your baby’s natural curiosity through multisensory experiences. Soft textures, calming sounds, gentle lights, and hands-on exploration allow infants to make sense of their surroundings—creating early connections in both brain and heart.
